Getting Here
By Car
There is plentiful parking in Shipston on Stour, both on the High Street and in numerous free long-stay car parks in the town. The Bridge Car Park and the Mill Street Car Park (CV36 4AW) are both a four minute walk from us. Details of all car parks, including a map, are here.
Directions from the M40
From the south, leave the M40 at Junction 11 (Banbury) and follow the B4035 to Shipston on Stour. Alternatively leave the M40 at junction 8 (Oxford) and follow the A40, A44 and A3400 via Blenheim Palace to Shipston on Stour.
From the north, leave the M40 at Junction 15 (Leamington Spa) and follow the A429 towards Stow-on-the-Wold. At the Tredington roundabout take the A3400 to Shipston on Stour.
Directions from the M5
From the west, leave the M5 at Junction 9 (Tewkesbury) and follow the A46 to Evesham, and then the B4035 to Chipping Campden, and on to Shipston on Stour.
Directions from the M4
From the south and the M4, if you prefer a more scenic drive, follow the historic Roman Fosse Way (A429) to the Portobello crossroads, just outside Shipston on Stour, and follow the B4035 to the town centre.
By Train
Our nearest stations are Moreton-in-Marsh, which is a 10 minute drive from us, and Banbury, which is a 30 minute drive. The train from London Paddington to Moreton-in-Marsh takes one hour and a half, and the train from London Marylebone to Banbury takes 50 minutes.
