KLEIN CONSTANTIA WINE SUPPER

The Bower House is delighted to announce a collaboration with world-famous wine producer Klein Constantia for an evening of exceptional wine and food.
Dating back to 1685 and described as one of the world’s most beautiful wine estates, Klein Constantia is set amidst ancient trees on the ethereally beautiful upper foothills of the Constantiaberg, just outside Cape Town.
The perfect location for cool climate wines, Klein Constantia produces some of South Africa’s top wines, including legendary natural sweet wine, Vin de Constance. This was famously the favourite wine of Napoleon while in exile in St Helena. Klein Constantia also makes some of South Africa’s most highly regarded Sauvignon Blancs and, at its sister property Anwilka, an outstanding red blend. Anwilka’s debut vintage was described by Robert Parker as “the finest red wine I have ever had from South Africa”.
Four Bower House courses have been carefully paired with four glasses of exceptional Klein Constantia wine, at £75 per person.
The evening will be hosted by Charles Harman, co-owner of Klein Constantia.
