Waterkloof Wine Supper

We are delighted to be hosting an exclusive wine dinner with the exceptional organic vineyard Waterkloof, in the Western Cape of South Africa.
Waterkloof is the result of the vision of Paul Boutinot, who spent ten years searching for the perfect location for the perfect vineyard. He found it on the slopes of the Schapenberg Hills, and over the next years gathered expertise to the vineyard with the goal of producing some of the best wine in South Africa. In 2008, Waterkloof became a fully-fledged organic vineyard with integrated biological farming, and began exporting their wine in 2009. We are very excited to be able to bring their passionate and uncompromising wine-making to The Bower House.
Five Waterkloof wines will be paired with a four-course tasting menu designed by Bower House Head Chef Tom Langdon, at £70 per person.
