Every Wednesday from 6pm until the end of March we’ll be cooking rib of beef, fillet and sirloin over our charcoal grill, and serving with fat chips and watercress.
Look out for béarnaise, Caesar salad, macaroni cheese and other steak essentials on the menu, too.
