Every Wednesday from 6pm until the end of February we’ll be cooking rib of beef, fillet and sirloin over our charcoal grill, and serving with fat chips and watercress.
Look out for béarnaise, creamed spinach, macaroni cheese and other steak essentials on the menu, too.
